This page explains the intended handling of information submitted through our project inquiry form.

Information you choose to provide

An inquiry can include your name, reply email, company, project requirements and uploaded fabrication files. Optional details should be limited to what is needed for the project. Do not submit account passwords, payment-card data or unrelated sensitive personal information.

Purpose of collection

We use inquiry information to review your requirements, ask technical questions, prepare a quotation and manage the requested project communication. Sending a form does not sign you up for an unrelated marketing campaign.

Processing services

The website is hosted with Hostinger. The configured inquiry service sends project submissions and attachments to our inquiry management system at crm.8pcba.com. Access should be limited to staff and service providers involved in operating the service and handling the project.

Files and confidentiality

Uploaded files are intended for project review and are not intended to be publicly listed. If a project needs a signed confidentiality agreement, request that before submitting restricted documents. A checkbox or form submission alone does not establish a signed NDA.

Corrections and removal requests

Use the inquiry form to request correction or removal of a previous submission, identifying the original inquiry without attaching the files again. We may need to verify the request and account for records required to administer an existing project.

Technical operation

The website and hosting services may process technical request data for delivery, reliability and security. Engineering calculators run in the browser and do not submit entered values by themselves.
